Managing the Unit (Module 4)

If you have completed Modules 1, 2 and 3 of the Leadership Qualification and are going to be the Leader in Charge of a Unit then Module 4 is for you. It covers the running of the Unit, as the Main Contact, more detailed record keeping and accounts. This module should be completed before you take over the running of a Unit or if you are a qualified Leader changing Section.
