Leadership Qualification

As you have shown an interest in helping in a Unit, you will start off by meeting the local commissioner of the area you have said is suitable. She will have a chat and give you a copy of the Welcome Booklet, ‘Getting Started on the Leadership Qualification And Module 1’, or you can download it from the website. This will give you information and the first Module of the Qualification to refer to while you decide which Section you will help in. You can record what you do in your Unit in this booklet and it will count towards completing the Module.

Once you have made the decision to work towards the Leadership Qualification you will be appointed a mentor to support and work with you and also receive the LQ Module Book. (You will not have to repeat anything you’ve had signed off in module 1 in the Welcome Booklet)
