Singing Team

• Would your unit like to sing but don’t know how to start?
• Want to hold a traditional campfire at camp but need to learn some more songs first?
• Need some help running a district or division campfire or singing session?

Maybe we can help!

We are a team of leaders from around the county who enjoy singing, and we are happy to help bring music into your unit. Our main focus is singing but we have a variety of musical interests so if you’re looking for something specific then feel free to ask!

If you are interested in a campfire, singing session or similar than in the first instance email Sheila Smith and she will see if we can meet your requirements. Don’t forget to say what section your girls are and roughly how many people the session is for, as well as when and where. All of the team have other roles and commitments as well, so please get in touch as early as you can.

Costs

There is no cost for a session but you should be willing to reimburse the expenses of the leader’s running your session, such as travel or photocopying. If this is likely to be more than £10 then the leader will discuss with you beforehand.

We’re also looking for more people in the team, so if you’d like to get involved please do get in touch with Sheila. You don’t need great talent or expertise, the main requirement is enthusiasm!
