https://forms.gle/U3buHtFoABTVQt1q7

Once you have submitted the form, you should receive an automatic email reply with a copy of your form. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam/junk mail.

Please then make payment of £5 per Guide/Ranger/Young Leader.  You do not need to pay for adults.

Payment can be made by cheque payable to “Girlguiding Edinburgh” and sent to:- County Events, Girlguiding Edinburgh, 16 Coates Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 7AH or by bank transfer to: 80-11-20 00169825, with your unit name and “CE” as reference

Jackie Tellwright is dealing with the bookings. She will send you an email when payment has been received and your places are confirmed.

If you have already registered interest this does not guarantee places at the event. Places will be allocated on a first come basis once payment is received.

From the interest shown, we are expecting a high demand for places.

If you wish to change your numbers once you have submitted your booking form please email Jackie. Do not submit a new booking form.

Please use the attached consent form for all Guides, Rangers and Young Leaders who are under 18. You should complete the details of where your group is to meet etc (see attached notes) before sending it to parents.  You must collect the forms (paper or electronic) and retain them until after the event.

You will need to set up a Home Contact for your group (see notes). If you do not have the details when you submit the booking form please email them to Jackie once she confirms your places.

If you are not able to complete the on-line booking form or if you have any questions, please get in touch with me(ggecountyevents@gmail.com)
